Witnessed an anti Indian speech in the town centre. Looked like they had brought in their own supporters as most people were going about their own business and not stopping to watch. Reminded me of an Orange day parade in Northern Ireland. It wasn’t a very tolerant speech. Wish they would talk about issues nearer to the people of the town, like what to do about the main complaint I hear from people; corruption. Not to far from them was a billboard quoting the founder of Pakistan which reads:

“There are two powers in this world; one is the sword the other is the pen. There is a great competition and rivalry between the two. There is a third power stronger than both, that of the woman”.
